M.S. Capital Maharaja Factory Complex
This is the roofing of the S-Lon Lanka Pipe Extrusion Factroy Complex. Satra was involved to do the roof of this site within a minimum time frame. The three roofs were a steel structures with a rafter span of 28.5 meters each. The unique feature of this construction is the storm water drainage system in the valley of two bays.

The Eve heights of this building complex change from 20 feet to 40 feet. Also it should be noted that the roof three 28.5 spanned roofs connected to each other supported on concrete columns with corbel on the top. The construction also included a gabel between 40 feet eve and 20 feet eve are cladded with the supportive structure resting on the two edge rafters.
