Paradise Toys Factory Complex
The Paradise Toys Factory Complex was a construction project with multiple constructions done for Paradise Toys in its site in Madurankuliya. The construction involved two Factory Buildings, a Canteen block, a water tank complex, and a Generator and Switch-gear Room.

The building was done with a complex foundation on a very loose soil. The building floor was elevated to 4 feet to prevent flooding and rain water during the monsoon season. Wall foundation is independent of column structure and floor is rested on to the wall foundation making it independent of the super structure.
The super structure is with no center columns with a span of 24 meters and bay length on 7.5 meter intervals. The factories are two identical buildings adjoining each other connected with intermittent bridges.

The canteen block is a 12 meter span with 60 meter in length. The water tank complex capable of withstanding 16,000 liters. And the Generator and Switch-gear room and diesel tank with a 1,200 liters capacity.
